Ryan Bourland Is Jake Paul’s Next Opponent

, ,

Jake Paul’s boxing career is a journey worth watching. The next chapter unfolds on March 2 in Puerto Rico.

With an 8-1 boxing record, the 27-year-old YouTuber has taken the boxing world by storm with wins against the likes of Nate Diaz and Anderson Silva. In December, Paul cemented his place in boxing by beating Andre August in a first-round KO.

Expectations are now high, and Paul’s next fight is less than a month away. He’ll face the former Golden Gloves champion Ryan Bourland (17-2,  knockouts). Bourland will be a tough, if not the toughest, opponent of Paul’s career.

There’s a lot at stake, too. If Paul wins, he’ll get a $2 million payday, which he’ll donate to Boxing Bullies, a non-profit organization that helps fix boxing gyms worldwide to help eliminate bullying. If Bourland wins (in his words), he’ll ‘shock the world and put an end to Jake Paul’s boxing career.’

If Paul’s story has taught us anything, it’s this: you can start up from scratch and become a champion. The transformation can happen if you give people a chance and they put in the work.

Jake, here’s to you: Continuing to make boxing history!
