NFC Titans Square Off on Sunday Night Football

The ‘Boys at Bucs is a worthy follow-up to Thursday night’s Bills at Rams.

A top-tier defense. No quarterback controversy. Two all-pro running backs in Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott. A deep receiving corps led by Cee Dee Lamb (1,102 yds receiving, 6 TDS), Michael Gallup, and Dalton Schultz. Then add two more weapons to the toolbox with rookies Jalen Tolbert and T.J.

What’s it mean? Dallas is the team to beat in the NFC East.

With quarterback Dak Prescott (37 touchdowns, 4,449 yards passing) healthy, an NFC Championship appearance is more likely than not. Prescott is working with a top-five offensive line (profootballnetwork.com), and if tight-end Dalton Schultz (808 yards receiving, 8 TDS) continues his year-to-year improvement, in 2022, he will surpass 1,000 yards receiving and score double-digit touchdowns.

The Cowboys’ defense is led by Defensive Rookie of the Year Micah Parsons (84 combined tackles, 13 sacks) on the field. On the sidelines by NFL Assistant Coach Of The Year, Defensive Coordinator Dan Quinn.

Can the league’s best defensive mind shut down Tampa Bay, the GOAT, and arguably the league’s best offense? We’ll find out Sunday at 8:20 pm @ AT&T Stadium.

Final: Bucs 32 Cowboys 29
