The FIDE Rapid tournament saw a varied mix of top-rated and upcoming players.
Mithun Pranav won first prize in the Under 1100 category in last Sunday’s Hong Bao FIDE Rapid tournament. He also won second prize in the Under 10 age category. The tournament was organized by ASEAN Chess Academy. Time control for the players was 20 mins for 7 rounds Swiss.
