Rumors come true: Garfield joins Nick All-Star Brawl.

Previously, I made a list of Nick characters I’d like to see as DLC for the MMA game, Nick All-Star Brawl. That list included characters from Back at The Barnyard, Spongebob Squarepants, and more.
Well, after months of rumors and speculation, we have a new fighter joining the All-Star Brawl roster. The trailer opens with Spongebob, Reptar, Ren and Stimpy, and Patrick, giving the new fighter a proper welcome. It’s Garfield! We then see a montage of the lasagna-loving, Monday-hating cat’s moves, including a burp move and a lasagna bomb move.
Now, you might be thinking that Garfield doesn’t count as a Nickelodeon character. But you are wrong! In 2019, Nick acquired the rights to Garfield and his friends, and it is currently working on bringing him back in a new series and a movie with Chris Pratt as the cat. After a huge data-mine leak revealed both the stage and the fighter, fans have been speculating for months that Garfield would be joining the battle
Congratulations, Garfield! The fighter pack will be available tomorrow, December 9th, for Playstation, Xbox, and PC gamers, and later this month for Nintendo Switch. (Hopefully, it will be on a Monday!)
