My Advice to Major League Sports: Don’t Rush to Play

, , ,

The pro leagues are gambling with players’ health.

The NHL is trying to get back to playing hockey ASAP.  MLB and the NBA will re-start in late July.

There’s a problem, though: COVID-19. Pro players are testing positive. Yes, the leagues have plans (the NBA plan is extensive), but plans and reality don’t always match.

Here’s my advice: Don’t. Your re-start ideas seem promising, but things can go downhill…just like that. Don’t rush to play.
