The collaboration doesn’t end with music.
Rappers Blueface and NLE Choppa are quickly becoming a rap powerhouse. With a remix of Shotta Flow and a song off of Blueface’s recent album, Choppa and Blueface are a music dynamo.
These two also share a love of sports. Blueface played college football, and Choppa did basketball. During the BET Celebrity basketball tournament last year, Choppa beat Blueface. Later, Blueface turned the tables and reclaimed victory. How so? Just a few weeks ago, Blueface decided to switch the game to football. Blueface won, and Choppa broke his ankle.
But it’s not all music, fun, and games with these two. I’m writing this article because I’m concerned about Choppa. Recently, he wrote that he intends to take his life on the last day of 2020. I don’t know if that was a joke, but it worries me. Choppa is about to become a father at 17, and he has also talked recently about battling mental illness.
We don’t want to lose any more rappers and a teenager at that.
