Before the era of Mo Bamba, Wes was an aspiring basketball player. He had multiple opportunities to play in college, but he decided to make a choice, choosing a modeling career over playing college ball. But that doesn’t mean Wes has given up basketball. “I want to play in the NBA,” Wes said in an interview. “I’m dead serious.”
