Linkin Park’s Chester Bennington Loved Sports

, , , , ,

Bennington had a wide range of sporting interests.

Among the many roles he played, Chester Bennington was best known as the frontman for the rock-and-roll band, Linkin Park. The late singer (he took his life in 2017) was also very much a sports fan.

Bennington was a huge fan of the NBA’s Phoenix Suns, and he often took to Twitter to express his thoughts about the team.

Chester also loved football (he was an Arizona Cardinals fan) and followed Formula One racing. Baseball (the LA Dodgers, specifically) received attention, something the Dodgers’ management knew and respected. Following his death, the stadium organist played one his hits during a game.

Yes, Chester Bennington lived a fantastic life and left his mark. He is missed.
