Player additions will strengthen club.

The 7s Football League, Philippines season three, will kick off in early February with 12 teams fighting for the crown.

Real Amigos FC is among the teams ready to battle in a competition that has seen Super Eagles Philippines winning consecutive championships. In season two, Real Amigos finished in the semi-final after a 2:1 defeat exacted by Ghana FC Philippines.

Going into the new season, Real Amigos will play without several of their key players. Emmanuel Mbata has moved on, and Henoc Dabo has joined Ghana FC.

Despite those losses, I believe Real Amigos will be strong once again. Real Amigos new captain, Otuyemi Emmanuel, is an experienced player. The Nigerian midfielder was a key player during season two.

Last season’s top scorer, Emmanuel Donkor, has moved to Real from Ghana FC. Former Kaya U17 player, Doumbia Moriba, who scored 32 goals in all competitions, will play a key role, too. And the arrival of former Azkals player, Mark Alvin Valeroso (Power), is a boast for the team.

Watch these and other key players when Real Amigos FC opens the season against Delimondo LFC February 3 at McKinley Hill Stadium. Gametime is 8:30p.
