Betadvisor.com is a site which has been in operation since 2010, selling subscriptions to a variety of sports tipsters. 2016 has represented a benchmark year in its evolution as a host of new features have been added in a wide-reaching upgrade of the platform, including a comprehensive historical results and a Free Tips service designed to increase transparency and insight into the subscription model.
Search Filters
Betadvisor.com currently hosts nearly 800 tipsters covering a number of sports and a range of experience level and niches within a particular sport. The site has improved its statistical analysis. A first click on the ‘tipsters’ tab introduces a list of every tipster currently available, starting with the tipster with the most units of profit since joining the site. The default filter can be changed to reflect yield, number of tips, hit rate, stake average, and average odds. The tipsters can also be filtered by experience and price, sport, and team. Another recent addition to the site has been the ability to follow tipsters dedicated to one particular sports team – currently featuring 12 football teams. A tipsyter’s individual performance can then be filtered by a time period, ensuring that customers can select all meaningful parameters. Other recent innovations have been the creation of a ‘What’s your potential profit?’ calculator for each tipster, based on hypothetical bankroll of choice. ‘Best-selling’ and ‘Top performing’ tipsters are also highlighted search criteria offered by the site.
Tipster Performance Analysis
Clicking on a tipster opens up the opportunity of assessing more detailed information, including most recent tips (and successes), statistical graphics, service description (including betting preferences), previews/reviews of given tips and reviews given by Betadvisor.com members. The tipster’s performance month-by-month can be evaluated and, in selecting the ‘get overall track record’ option, an excel spreadsheet detailing every single pick delivered by the tipster since his or her arrival on the platform can be downloaded. The ‘statistics’ tab further opens up the possibility of filtering the tipster’s offerings by country, bet type and odds range.
Other New Features
Further additions to the site (compatible with all devices) includes a Free Tips service (providing a daily selection of choices), a Today’s Tips service (offering individual prices at reduced prices), a comprehensive blog, and livescore service.
