A couple more weeks until we are done with preseason NFL football and back with the regular season!

There has been a whole lot of discussion with the NFL this summer. This summer, we do not have the Baltimore Ravens making all the headlines with players getting in trouble. This summer we have the Brady settlement, a possibility for a team to be located in Los Angeles, Cam Newton’s minor fight with Josh Norman, Geno Smith getting hurt, and Ray Rice, now, possibly getting another shot in the league.

With some talk with a team going to Los Angeles, it may be just an idea right now. For a team to go to Los Angeles, it takes a lot of time making a stadium and possibly a new team. From what seems like what may happen, it is probably something that will stay in the air for now.

Cam Newton had a little fight with Josh Norman at practice on Monday. This fight was nothing serious or should even be considered a fight. It was something minor and apparently, Coach Ron Rivera, said it was fine. It was a reaction after a play and, of course, players will get heated. This little post-play reaction was nothing and everything was fine after the players had their little fun.

It is not a surprise when we hear something new and something messing coming from the Jets. Geno Smith will be out between 6 to 10 weeks. Apparently, no one really knows what exactly happened with Geno. According to sources, via profootballtalk.com there might have been a dispute between Smith and linebacker IK Emenkpali. Now, we wait to see who will take Geno Smith’s quarterback spot, Bryce Petty or Ryan Fitzpatrick. I wonder how the Jets will perform this year without Coach Rex Ryan, who is now with the Buffalo Bills.

There has been several rumors about Ray Rice and whether or not a team will, or even can, take the man onto their team. There were rumors that the Texans would be taking him and now new rumors according to profootballtalk.com, is that he could possibly end up on the Browns. No matter what happens with Rice, I think we should hope the best for him, considering he has been cooperative since the issue started last summer.

With Brady’s deflategate settlement still happening, what do you think of the whole issue? What teams are you really looking forward to this season?
