Summer is ending, the Fall season begins, and the sport we love begins. Weekends are packed with games (mid-week games, too), and that means the football-watching coma begins. Nothing else matters.
Football fans rejoice!!! Labor Day weekend brings Christmas early for us football fans.

There is nothing like it, whether you’re attending games, watching at a favorite watering hole with friends, or cozying up at home with refreshments.
It’s football insanity! There’s tailgating, barbecuing at home, and enjoying time with friends and family. Moreover, many of us plan vacations and weekend getaways to see our favorite teams play.

No matter if you’re a high school, college, or NFL fan, it’s all the same. Labor Day weekend kicks off trash-talking. Sports radio and talk are buzzing, and water cooler talk at work is always about, “Did you see that play?” That kind of chatter makes the work week feel shorter as we look ahead to next week’s cycle of games.
Put on your favorite jersey or team attire, paint up your face if you like, fire up your grills and smokers, grab your favorite beverage, and let Christmas in the Fall begin! It doesn’t matter if your team is a big winner; there’s still a chance of “the miracle.”
Enjoy your football season. It took a long time coming, and (sadly) it will be over in the blink of an eye.
Relish the camaraderie with your friends and family. Eat and drink to your delight. Cheer on your team(s) with passion. I wish your teams good luck; I’ll do the same with mine. Go Chiefs! Roll Tide!
Merry Football Christmas!!!
