A wave of killing has been happening in Nigeria. Terrorist groups have been targeting Christians. The percentage is high and NFL players have called upon President Trump to do something about it.
More than 60 NFL players have called upon the United States to do something about it and stop the hate. Letters was sent to President Trump and House Speaker Mike Johnson, among a few others. The group includes Fame head coach Tony Dungy, Atlanta Falcons quarterback Kirk Cousins, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud, and New York Giants quarterback Jameis Winston.
The letters state something must be done about the Christian killing in Nigeria. The players expressed their gratitude for comments made by the likes of the President. As of the morning of Friday, December 26th. President Trump sent an airstrike to wipe out some of the ISIS terrorist in Nigeria. We’ll see how this comes about in the next few days.
