In this second (and final part) of my Things That Make You Say Hmm installment, I wanted to start with my OKC Thunder. Sam Presti has obviously had some sort of head injury over the past couple of years, that has led to some very questionable decisions regarding my beloved Thunder.

After the initial shock wore off behind the James Harden trade and I saw how it wouldn’t work out financially for either party, I was content with his decision and happy for Harden. He could finally step out of the Westbrook and Durant shadow and show his true talents as a franchise player. Although I was never sold on Kevin Martin as a replacement for Harden, I could live with him temporarily, until this off season. I don’t think he’s worth what the Timberwolves rewarded him with($28 million over 4 years) but, you have to at least cover your tracks and not hang your franchise out to dry!
No Harden or Martin equals depending on Westbrook and Durant once again. Those two guys combined with James Harden couldn’t stop the Miami Heat, so with a depleted roster they’re suppose to conquer an even stronger Western Conference? Good luck!
