Dissarray in Owings Mills

, , ,

Even after suffering back to back losses, the Ravens are 9-4 and only need to win one out of there next three games to lock up the AFC north division. The problem for the Ravens is that they might not be able to accomplish that feat.

Not since Brian Billick’s final year have the Ravens been in such disarray. Stories of turmoil, and near riots have been leaked, the offensive coordinator was fired with only three games left; all characteristics of a flawed and failing franchise. I do not expect the Ravens to win today, they haven’t defeated Peyton Manning since 2001 and their defense is the worst since their inaugural season in 1996.

It is a bad matchup as Manning strengths, along with a good offensive line, do not bode well for the Ravens.  The key player to watch is DeMaryius Thomas, who is a big, physical Wide Receiver and is tough to bring down.  The Ravens are one of the worst tackling teams in the NFL and it will take a lot to bring him down.

When does spring training begin?

This is my Note from the Rafters at M&T Bank Stadium.
